You should try to contact your council confidentially if they are starting before 7AM. If they are going at it before that hour, it might be that they are violating the Environment Protection (Residential Noise) Regulations statute (1997). Or the nuisance provisions under the Health Act 1958. That kind of noise and sleep deprivation could make a person crazy and really is bad for your health.

They started up at like 7:30am or something, Most days I wish I had a high powered rifle, but today I i could of actually put it to use.

I thought about the crackers, but I was too pissed off and wanted to sleep :) . Its the house next to harley man I think. The one with the annoying screaming kid and kid friends.
