So we had an audit today. That's really fucked up. Why in the hell is a coffee bar important enough to audit? Seriously. We have to work with reduced hours, we're making more money than ever in our store, yet they're spending resources making sure we meet specific standards. It's a pain in the arse.
Anyway, yeah, we passed best so far in the district. Even though we were busy and working our arses off and we had whats-her-face standing there watching us all day. So the store manager gets a pat on the back and we get a meeting where we get told all the things we're doing wrong (I assume). I really do like the job but sometimes the management can be so fucking strange.
