Nearly time for me to go back to work. I'm sitting here listening to Tom Waits's bass section vibrate the floorboards, drinking coffee and wishing it was beer.
Today I'm on register. The fucken touch screen is dodgy and doesn't pick up what you touch properly, so its gonna take a while to get used to. Then there's the register procedures to make sure I'm honest. And I've gotta be able to mark the cups properly. And I've gotta be friendly to all the customers. I think I should eat something before I go.
