I made scones tonight. I overdid something because they were nothing like the scones Mum used to make. These were light and easily digested, no chestpains after eating them. They were too damned soft, really. A real bitch to butter. And I didn't put enough of the flavours in. I usually fuck that part. I'm always scard of overdoing a particular flavour and end up never putting in enough. Next time I make them I'm going to use a lot more of a couple of different cheeses, and dump so many chives in the fuckers are green.
