The salsa worked on two levels. It's damned tasty. It's really good for putting on top of food. But I overdid the chunkiness, when I tried to eat some with cornchips they kept breaking. And this doesn't bother me, but it didn't really look like salsa. I wonder how they get that sort of fresh, glazed look to the stuff you buy in the store. Probably some additive that I don't really wanna think about.
