Last semester was really weird. No matter how disciplined or focused I tried to be it was just all out of whack: and in the end I couldn't shake this incredible apathy. I've never felt like that before about study!

I felt like I lost something last semester. We were doing stuff I used to enjoy and I just couldn't get into it. Part of it was the size of the projects. I've gotta learn how to set smaller goals and ignore the bigger picture.
But what I've really gotta do is get out and find things to enjoy that aren't University related. That's the theory anyway. Can't hurt.

I think that's a brilliant idea. University distorts things, it is another world. I'm taking it easy this semester.

Salsa is a good place to start. I think fresh and not canned tomato (though easier) is probably essential.

Yeah. I'm using fresh tomatoes. Gunna cook them in two stages, first off render some down to make the sauce, then put some cut up chunks in when it's nearly done.
And I'm gunna use two kinds of onion.

I used two kinds of tomato as well. Roma and the normal kind. What the fuck are they called? 'Normal Tomatoes'?
