What gets me most about the crackers at Uni is the complete lack of decision making skills. Everyone's so afraid of laying out a course or changing directions, picking out things that are needed and discarded things that aren't. It's like they're so bound up in being told what to do that they can't function unless there's someone with a whip standing over them demanding results. I wonder if I was like that when I was younger.
