Psychopaths work themselves up to a killing rage by watching violent movies. The guys who flew planes into the World Trade Center built the rage necessary for the act by going to Las Vegas, attending strip shows and eating Mcdonalds. I'm making myself shitty at the world by drinking too much coffee and listening to angry music. Wonder what I'm developing here.

drive a trolley at safeway into the shelves of the pet food aisle. make sure you use a coles trolley. stand very calmly as the tins of chopped horse and pig snout fall about you and roll around the linoleum floor. bring some kind of portable music device and play loud aggressive music. as they drag you away, kicking and screaming, proclaim that Allah made you do it. the loud, aggressive music will provide a suitable soundtrack.
