Of all the stories I love, the ones about futility I love the best. Not really stories about fultility, but about futile characters who try to change things or accomplish things that are impossible or useless. Anyone can save the world. Not everyone can come to terms with the pointlessness of thier existence and actions and yet continue on the path they're on. Some things just have to be done, regardless of how little they amount to.
