I've got that feeling in my head, the one where I can't keep my attention focussed. It slides around jumping from one thought to the next like an electron in a circuit. The usual cause is dehydration, so it's easy enough to take care of. Just that I don't always notice it thanks to how it makes things difficult to notice.
Also I'm gunna grill some cheese.
