Just had the best damned pork chop ever. I've been seasoning them and frying them in the frypan, which to be honest doesn't really work because the seasoning just burns off and I end up with a decent porkchop with a thin layer of charcoal on it. So tonight I coated one with paprika and pepper then put it in the over. Damn but it came out all nice and juicy and the seasoning gave it this peppery sweetness. I've gunna have to try that again with different stuff.
And I know it's late and stuff, but I gotta have me a coffee. Coffee is always the best way to finish a meal. Even better than icecream.
