Had pasta for dinner again tonight. I have it at least twice a week because it's cheap and simple and I can tell myself that the wholemeal spaghetti is good for me. But it seems like every time I make it I'm cooking the sauce longer and longer. It took forty minutes tonight, just simmering. Damn it tasted good, though.
