Had me a heck of a dinner tonight. Got some topside from steak from the supermarket and put some pepper on it. And I mean I coated that sucker from head to toe. I love the smell of fresh ground black pepper. I fried it for a while then put it in the oven with some sliced chedder on top. Meanwhile I'd baked some sweet potato. Ended up serving it with some sour cream and chives just like a normal spud but damn do sweet potato and sour cream go together well. My mouth was all 'these two kids shoulda got together earlier instead of all the pussy-footing around'. Then I had some fresh asparagus on the side along with some frozen veges I've got lying around. I don't see what the complaints about asparagus are. It was pretty tastey. The whole thing was pretty damned good.
