It sure was cold outside. But damn was that pie nice. On the way up to the bakery it was so cold my breath was doing the steaming-into-clouds thing. On the way back the sun came out. The world became a place of warmth and light once more. Thank Christ the winter solstice is soon. I'm getting sick of being cold all the time.
