Dinner tonight was something a little different. I reduced some balsamic vinegar in the frypan, then threw some oysterblade steak in it. Splashed a little but I'll clean that up when I do the dishes. The vegetable was some near-julienne carrots, boiled lightly and covered with butter and chopped parsley. For the starch I had some wholemeal spaghetti with pesto. I also put a little of the pesto on the steak since I need to use it up. Damn it was nice.
