Today began with me getting to work early, involved me going shopping and skipping class, and is gunna end with me getting loaded. Work was only remarkable because the boss was there when I arrived. That's not normal. He was wearing clothes that made him look kind of like a teenage kid getting ready for a school track-and-field event. He'd been in there all night working on an order and left not long after I started.
After work I had to go into Uni and participate in an interview about the code I'd written for my Java assignment. I ended up late for the appointment, even after running across Caulfield Park and down Balaclava Road, but that was okay because Merina was later than I. Of course I kicked arse and got a HD.
To celebrate I skipped class later in the day and went into the city to do some shopping. I got a pair of sunglasses that were on sale at Myer, a ticket back to the old home town stomping grounds, and a copy of part one of the Gormenghast trilogy, 'Titus Groan'. Then I went and handed in an assignment. It's been a good day.
