I got paid today. Six hundred bucks to me, 300 dollars to the government. I'm now a tax payer. I am a 'stake holder'.
With my newfound wealth I bought some new underwear, a copy of the novel Peter Pan in its pre-Disney glory, The Big Issue off a guy outside Malvern Central, a doner kebab, and a heap of coffee to help my brain put itself back togther. I did feel better after I'd done all that.
