One of the videos they showed us was a "what to do when the store's being robbed" video. When the store's being robbed we have to do what we're told by the bad people, then try and remember as much as we can about the bad people to tell the police. After the video was done, we got told that the store had been robbed only three months ago. Great. Glad I'm getting extra danger pay for working after midnight.
