There you go. I knew it. Ephedrine and ephedrine-like drugs have an adverse reaction with caffeine. Mystery solved. Now I just need to get my head back in order. And I need to stop eating. I've put away last night's leftovers, a packet of corn-thins (adds up to about half a loaf of bread), two bowls of cereal and numerous pieces of fruit. I might actually get some fat if I keep this up.
