Okay, this is cool. I got it off Sar's site. The guy in the red shirt sitting up the back next to the monitor with Max Payne on it is... Max Payne. Or rather, the guy they used as the model for the character art. It must be odd seeing yourself on the screen defying the odds while spouting off action movie lines, all the while thinking 'I don't remember doing that'.
