I have a pain between my shoulder blades because I pace while I'm thinking. If I figure things out while I'm pacing, I walk back to the table and write while I'm standing. I'm over-extending my arm while I write standing and it's giving me a pain in the shoulders. It's a very small Rube Goldberg-machine of pain.
