George Bush. He's changed the style of his speeches. He used to pause frequently. I dunno if he thought it added gravity to what he was saying, or he thought his audience was a bunch of preschoolers. Now he still pauses, but it's a much shorter break. I think he's losing patience with the press. It's kinda funny. Must be what happened to his father, getting voted out shortly after a 'successful' war, coming back to haunt him.
