After realising bits of my brain were into doing thier own things yesterday I decided it'd be best if I curled up in the sun for a few hours and got warm. I got up and ate some dinner, but then went to bed properly and didn't get up until about three this morning. I still don't feel right. I think it was a combination of factors, mainly the sinus drugs reacting to the caffiene.
