It's hailing here. Winter is truely upon us. Hail is the closest I've ever seen to snow. I've been told we do get snow, but it always melts before it gets to the ground.
Unfortunately there's never enough hail to cancel school, either. I remember back in highschool we used to collect the hail up into dirty, icy balls and throw them at each other. They held together if you melted them a bit with the warmth from your hands.
