I'm sitting here studying Romeo and Juliet, because I have to teach a lesson on it. Yeah, that's right. To a pack, a horde, of thirteen year old girls. They had the idea they wanted to stage a Shakepere play where the script was re-written to sound like modern English. I'm going to walk them through a small part on Wednesday night and see what they think of the idea afterwards.
I'm pretty nervous about the whole deal, really, but there'll be other people there helping me out. Maybe I'll make a good impression.
