Speaking of being a grown-up child, I've been watching the first series of Dragonball on Cartoon Network. Goku's a kid and he's only just left the forest. It's mostly jokes about bodily functions and the differences between boys and girls, so it would've taken a tonne of censoring and rewriting to bring to Western kids. They haven't butchered the fuck outta it, though. Not like with other series.
I guess a pig with an underwear fetish and a boy who thinks girls are strange because they don't have testicles aren't as challenging as a bit of gay.
