Looks like we're at war. Was there ever any doubt it was gunna happen? John Howard will present a resolution to parliament at 2pm today and that's it. All we're waiting for is the starter's gun.
And I don't really give a fuck anymore. I didn't have any input on the situation, it would have happened if I'd never been born, and there won't be any effects on me. It's not like sixty years ago when a war meant a draft, mobilising the entire country and everyone on rations. Now it's just another spectacle. I'd be pissed off if I watched a lot of television, though. You're not gunna be able to watch anything else for a month.
