I wore a red flannelette shirt to rehersals last night, to be in character and stuff. My character is the kinda guy who'd turn up to a wedding in what he was wearing at the pub. Because he has just been at the pub.
The director's cat got hit by a car and she had to put the poor thing down at the vets, so she was missing for about half an hour at the start. In that time I pissed off the other director by correcting him on something. I'm really not good at the whole making friends thing.
And I nearly lost my damned voice a coupla times from yelling too much. I'm gunna have to learn some warming up techniques because I have a hell of a lot of yelling to do. Mainly stuff about being the government beer inspector. And genital inspector. It's a real classy play.
