Watched last night's episode of 24. I love the whole 'borrowed time' theme they have going. The city's gunna blow up. Jack's suicide was inevitable before the crisis. Mason's body is falling apart from the plutonium he inhaled. You know that these characters are capable of doing anything because they don't have to follow the normal rules. To them, consequences are irrelevant.
