That stuff I posted the other day about why they're going to war against Iraq, yet pretending North Korea isn't happening. I wasn't trying to be a smartarse. I wasn't implying anything about oil. I don't think oil is the reason behind the war. If it was about money, the US government could've just subsidised oil prices to the American people for eternity and still have have spent less money than will be needed for the possible thirty years of military presence (10 years already served) that the action in Iraq will require.
So it just doesn't make sense. It's fucking deranged. It means that the people in power in the US actually believe this rhetoric they're spewing. And that's scarier than any conspiracy that we can dream of. It's scary as fuck.
