Yay for human biology. I ate some bad ham in the dim hours of this morning that resulted in a gastro attack. Both ends of my digestive system thought there was a tender up for which would be the future excreter and both leapt to the challenge with gusto. Which I can assure was much more disgusting than it sounds.
But right now I am fine. I've had a sleep, a shower, washed my hair and my teeth and put on clean clothes. I'm ready for anything. 'Anything' being the usual nothing.
