Maybe today I'll finally get to the bottom of this Dwemer artifact smuggling thing. The tip I got that I could find the solution at the source turned out to be a dead lead, and I ended up walking from Vivec to Suran, then to Caldera. Saw a bunch of lesser Deadra on the way, too. Something's up.
