Watching some science show about fish sight. Yes, I know how geeky this is. Anyway, apparently fish can see past the 'normal' spectrum of colors that us arboreal primates have inherited. Some fish have receptors in thier eyes that pick up ultravoilet light, as well as pigment in thier scales that reflects it.
Got me thinking. What would that look like? The guy on the show said 'past the deepest blue imaginable'. How would our brains interpret it? How do fish brains interpret it? I want to see this for myself.
