I've had my shower and now I'm trying to get through the toughest part of adjusting when I sleep. The half-light of the morning or evening is a signal to your brain to go to sleep. My brain doesn't know what time it is so it assumes the morning means sleep. If I can get through this I can go shopping for my costume and go to bed at a relatively normal time.
