Been doing my next assignment. I thought it'd be easy, and it would have been if Java worked the way it'd been explained to us. For some reason you can't declare references in branches. Which isn't bad in itself, but it took me forever to figure out that was the reason my program wouldn't compile. If I'd been told about this before I attempted it, it would have saved me a lot of greif.
