I've started using this medicated toothpaste. Which does what it's supposed to, but leaves this aftertaste like I've been eating laundry detergent. But it makes me wonder why it's specifically called 'medicated'. If normal toothpaste isn't medicated in some manner, why do we bother using it and not just stick to mouthwash?
