I slept well today. Dad's sick and Mum's depressed so I didn't get any interuptions. Dad's sick because the weather plays hell with his legs, so he spent most the day in bed as well. Mum's depressed because she went up to the hospital today and one of her friends probably has a post-operative infection of some kind, but the doctors don't know exactly what's wrong so they're holding off treatment until the tests get back. The friend is attached to bits and pieces of equipment and not with it, so Mum's all depressed. I told her that she shouldn't be worried, that the equipment makes it look a lot worse than it is. That seemed to cheer her up. She's going back up to the hospital tonight after we eat.
