Had to ring up my ISP and ask them what the heck was going on. Earlier in the week I got an overdue reminder on my bill. It ended with the phrase 'ignore this if payment has already been forwarded'. Which it had, so I did.
So today I get an email telling me my connection is about to be cancelled. Argh! So I rings up and tells them that I'm not really overdue and they can't disconnect me. I'm suprised at how easily I did this. Normally it takes all sorts of bullshit for me to even pick up the phone to use it. Anyway, the person who served me last week when I paid remembered me and it's all fine now. I hope.
