Bad day. Good rehersal. Bad day. I know it's incredibly bad form to dredge up memories from 10 or 15 years ago and use them as ammunition against people. But when someone does something similar to something they emotionally punished you over -- and I mean seriously punished, made to feel utterly worthless and useless -- it's so hard to hold it back. I'm extremely glad that not all traits are genetic.
