Okay. Last post about Warcraft. Because I don't want this to turn into 'Oates talks about Warcraft'. No. I'm still losing, but I'm noticing I'm controlling my units better. I'm getting used to the onscreen chaos of battle. Reminds me of when I first started playing TEC. The text scrolls at a pretty alarming pace if you're not used to it, and can be really off-putting, especially if you have the universal channel on. But I got used to it quickly. Same thing is happening with Warcraft. The last game I won because they were concentrating thier fire on my hero, so I just ran my hero in circles around my warrior getting a bunch of unanswered blows on the opposition. They did kill the hero eventually, but I came back and won. I wonder if there's any negative side effects of wiring your brain like this, to take in and react to so much stimulus at once.
