Things are going to go topsy-turvy around here soon. My aunty's coming to stay for six weeks. Whee! A fifth person in our house will make it just like a soap opera except no one will be having sex. Polly is doing her nursing training here at the Portland Hospital and needs somewhere to stay during the week. That somewhere will be the lounge room on 'a bed' according to my mother. On the weekends she'll be going back to her house and children and husband in Geelong. It's going to be hard for me to continue my night owl, coffee drinking, bottom of the barrel, scum of society habits with an outside observer in the house. But I'm sure I'll manage. I've done harder things.
