What the fuck is it with spam that they think I'm going to be more likely to open and read if they put my name in it? The only people who refer to thier friends by name are those who have only recently learnt English. When you're communicating with someone unless you're trying to get thier attention, say in a crowded room or through a bathroom stall door, the name is implied. In fact, having my name on email I get is so conspicous I just plain don't touch it.
