Pissfarting around with the C programming book I bought. Learning about character input and output. I dunno if it's the compiler or because I'm using an MS-DOS machine but a set of the programs they use, for counting line breaks or words or characters, don't work as described on my computer. It was confusing at first, but I've gotten around it.
