Just tried playing Deus Ex again. For those unfamiliar with it, it's a cross between the X Files, one of those Jean Van Damme movies with cyborgs in it, and something where people become really forgetful and leave valuable information like passwords lying around in multiple locations. Of course, I didn't save for twenty minutes and ended up drowning hunting for secrets so I can't be fucking arsed playing now. I seem to have lost my savegames last time I did the 'ah fuck! my computer is dying' thing, so I can't get up to the mission I was on. So now I'm listening to Marilyn Mason, wondering what to do next, and wincing in pain from a pimple I just scratched on my scalp. Damn they hurt. Maybe I should go to bed.
