I think I leave CD cases lying on the floor because secretly, subconsciously, I enjoy the sound they make when I step on them. I also must have a desire to see that all of my CD cases are cracked in some way, which would explain why all of them are broken. This has to be true. Why else would I leave them lying on my floor? I mean, it's pretty fucking obvious I'm going to step on them accidently. Because I have. Over and over.
