This is my bedroom at the moment. The door is closed and it smells like hot dust and stale breath even though the window's been wide open for about 6 hours. There's cds and floppies stacked all over my desk from when installed UFO: Enemy Unknown and tried to reinstall Outlook 2000. I'll have another play with that later. My three dimensional puzzles sit next to the monitor with some pewter figurines, my cup of coffee and a stapler. The bin's got ripped up peices of paper in it: some pages torn out a notebook I'm using and some printouts I decided I didn't need. There's a stack of cover CDs on the floor, a thesaurus stacked on printouts from manuals of DOS games, a bible I was reading earlier, some old roleplaying magazines and a dictionary. On my bed is more of the same magazines, a coupla quilts bunched up in the corner, the notebook I'm writing in and some roleplaying manuals I'm using as reference material. Everyone bags out AD&D but it's successful for reasons other than marketing. To finish off the scene, Michael Stipe is singing in mono through my television speaker because my headphones are fucked.
