Anyone who speaks with me on at least a semi-regular basis would know that my soul has been sold to a MUD called 'The Eternal City'. Originally they were a free game paid for by banner advertising. But we all know how profitable that is. So recently they went to pay to play. Gotta say I love the way the game is at the moment. Only problem is I had to pay $200 in one hit to be able to play for the next year. They're hosted by the wonderful folk at Skotos Tech and the payment gives me access to their current and future games as well, which is cool as hell considering how professional and polished they are. I was editing my manuscript before. First time in a couple of months. It makes me feel godlike when I'm doing it well. And like trash when I'm doing it badly.
