I think I've figured out what went wrong with my welfare moneys. I was supposed to hand in my mutual obligation diary. Unfortunately thanks to the continued of the lice down at the welfare office, I never actually received a mutual obligation activity. So now my payments get put on hold until I yell some firey justice down the phone and set a-flame thier arses.
