I think I know where and what went wrong on my last payment. They say I owe them 99 dollars from the last bill. When I payed them 110 dollars. Now, if they slip say, a decimal point, it becomes a payment of eleven dollars, making the 99 seem like a reasonable amount. Just one thing though: how come the screw up benefited them? If they botched in my favour, they'd have processes in place to find out where the 1100 dollars came from, locate the error and pretend it never happened. I hate everything.
