Actually left the house tonight. Mum and Dad and the brother are out so I went and got fish and chips. And a six pack. On my second now. Went to the fish and chip shop in the centre of town, not really that far from where I live now. There were a bunch of kids sitting in front of the ice cream parlour next door and a few of them were looking at me as I walked toward them, so I cut through the supermarket and went out back through the parking lot. Ordered the fish and chip: a peice of flake in batter, minimum chips and a few crab sticks. Then I headed back to the supermarket for a six pack of cans. When I got back to the fish and chip shop the order was ready. On the way there I walked past the kids that had been looking at me outside the icecream parlour. I think I heard one of them say 'Oatesy' to one of the others. Maybe not.
